Family Therapy
Every family is complex in its own way...
In family therapy, the focus is on relationships within the family. During family therapy, the effects of family patterns and dynamics are examined, as well as the hardships and difficulties of the individual members in the family context. Family therapy makes it possible to talk about things together, get help in resolving conflicts, and promote changes for the benefit of the whole family.
The therapist can meet the family in different formations: parents and siblings, parents only, children only, and sometimes one of the family members separately. If family members live abroad, the therapy can also be given by video chat.
